Apostle Jonathan Fowler is a visionary leader, church planter, author, and global voice committed to transforming lives through faith, prayer, and purpose. His pastoral journey began in 2000, when he founded Greater Life Church, marking the beginning of a powerful apostolic assignment that continues to impact lives across nations. In 2003, Apostle Fowler expanded his reach by planting All Nations Church International in Kingston, New York—a thriving multicultural ministry devoted to empowering believers and advancing the Kingdom of God.  By 2008, Apostle Fowler’s passion for regional expansion led him to establish a second location in Summerville, South Carolina. That work would eventually grow into what is now known as Improving Lives Church—a dynamic, faith-filled ministry dedicated to improving lives through the Word, Worship, and Works. In 2010, after experiencing a powerful prayer revival that began with only eleven people and grew into several hundred intercessors, Apostle Fowler relaunched a Prayer Impact Center in Jamaica, Queens. This move ignited a renewed passion for prayer and positioned many believers to experience divine breakthroughs. Continuing his expansion, Apostle Fowler planted Improving Lives Church Savannah, Georgia in 2015, further establishing his apostolic footprint throughout the southeastern United States. In 2019, he acquired the ministry’s current property in Goose Creek, South Carolina, which now serves as the global headquarters of Improving Lives Church and a training hub for leaders. Even amid the global challenges of 2020, Apostle Fowler led the ministry to new heights—completing full renovations on both church properties debt-free and paying off a $50,000 second mortgage, a testament to divine provision and faithful stewardship. Beyond church planting, Apostle Fowler’s impact extends through multiple arenas. He is the author of several books that inspire faith and spiritual growth, and he has hosted television and radio ministries for over 15 years, reaching countless viewers and listeners with the Gospel message. His visionary leadership also includes acquiring and renovating multiple commercial properties for ministry and community empowerment. As the founder of the ILC Global Fellowship, Apostle Fowler provides spiritual covering, mentorship, and development for pastors and leaders across the globe. His apostolic mandate continues to expand internationally through global missions in Jamaica (West Indies), Trinidad, and Guyana, where he is actively building churches, supporting communities, and advancing Kingdom transformation.
